Please, for the love of God, answer the phone and tell people what location they called! It's simple. Let me show ya. (Hello thank you for calling the "Kalispell/Evergreen" Papa Murphy's)
I have heard multiple people complaining about this but when It happened to me I completely understood there frustrations. And that condescending little smile I received... "Oh you probably called the other store didn't you". Actually, I would have never known since you don't inform your customers when they call!
